How do I apply for a credit account?

Click on the picture at the right and the Application Form will open. Type in the form on-line, or print out the form, and complete the application. Sign it and submit by mail, fax or drop off in the store during your next visit.

How long does it take to process my application?

Once we receive your completed credit application, it will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. We will mail a determination letter or you may call the store to check the status of your application.

If approved, an account number along with account and payment terms will be provided.

Once an order is accepted by Seller, the Buyer may not at any time thereafter cancel the order unless consented to in writing by the Seller. In the event of a cancellation by Buyer which is not consented to by Seller, the Seller shall, without limiting any rights it may have against Buyer, retain all sums paid by Buyer pursuant to the order.

If Buyer is in default under this or any other contract with Seller, or if Seller at any time shall not be satisfied with Buyer's financial responsibility, Seller shall have the right, without prejudice to any other legal remedy, of suspending deliveries hereunder until such default or condition is remedied.
Force Majeure and Government Requirements Seller shall not be liable for delays in performance due to fires, floods, accidents, riots, acts of God, war, governmental influence or embargoes, strikes, freight delays, labor difficulties or any other cause or causes beyond its control.

Arbitration
Any dispute between Seller and Buyer regarding warranty responsibility will be referred to an impartial third party for arbitration. The finding of the arbiter will be final, and all costs for arbitration will be the responsibility of the party against whom judgment is rendered. All arbitration shall be conducted in San Diego County, California. The agreement shall be enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
NOTE: Seller does not warrant that its products conform with or satisfy the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 e.g. guarding and/or proper use of products shall be solely the Buyer's responsibility.
